Help/FAQ

TP ONtrack is a revision website. You must subscribe to have access to the multiple choice questions.

If you are an associate member of the Royal Pharmaceutical Society, 30 days' free access to TP ONtrack is included in your membership.

If you require assistance, please email moc/enilnojp//kcartnopt. Please note that over weekends, including bank holidays, calls will not be answered.

If your query is related to your membership number or access code please contact the RPS membership team moc/smrahpr//pihsrebmem

How the site works

Subscriptions are available on TP ONtrack for 30, 60 and 90 days and 6, 9, 12 months.

Once you have purchased a subscription and logged in, you can choose a question set from the closed book, open book or calculation sections.

You may choose between 10 and 50 questions per set and can save a session to resume at a later time.

Questions that have been answered correctly will not reappear until you have answered all questions in the relevant question set.

You can review previous sessions to check your progress and previous results.

Please ensure you enter your email address in correctly. We have had a number of queries from preregs saying they have not received a confirmation email after registration. All of them have failed to enter their email address correctly. We will not issue a refund if you make a purchase error by mistake (eg, duplicate subscriptions) (see below)

Can my pharmacist tutor or another pharmacist RPS member buy discounted access for me?

No. The discounted rate and 30-day access is made for prereg associate members only. By attempting to use a pharmacist's RPS membership number to try to gain discounted rates or sharing your login details with another person is a breach of our terms and conditions. Your account will be terminated and no refund will be given.

I am an associate member but have accidentally bought a subscription because I didn't realise members get a 30 days' access. Can I get a refund?

The Royal Pharmaceutical Society has taken a number of steps to ensure that members are aware of this benefit, including:

-Specific wording on the TP ONtrack homepage and registration/login pages (http://www.ontrackpharmacy.com/secure/login.asp), which people have to visit as part of the sign up process to TP ONtrack, whether they are paying or seeking 30 days' access as part of their member benefit.

-Specific wording on the TP ONtrack Help page (ie, this page)

-Specific wording on the preregistration pages on the RPS website (http://www.rpharms.com/preregistration-trainees/supporting-your-exam-preparation.asp)

-A news piece about the free access in E-news for members

Our policy is not to issue a refund when a mistake is made by the subscriber.
